I hope the summer has provided you with many memorable opportunities to spend time with family and friends. While our hallways and classrooms are currently quiet, it won’t be long before the sounds of fun and learning take over once again. As we prepare to embark on another year, I am reminded that the beginning of the school year is truly a special time and I am eagerly looking forward to partnering with you as we continue to nurture the ongoing development of your child. Whether this will be your first year at Oakwood Elementary or you are returning to our school community, the staff and I would like to extend our warmest welcome.
